Very highly recommended and reputable company in the lower Rockland county and westchester county areas. I used to use another company that would charge me just for diagnosis, and then they would not return my calls. This company, ERI, are honest and communicative in the best ways. They know their stuff and are easy to work with. Their prices are higher than some other companies, but they actually get the work done efficiently. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you to Yaki, Joe, and shlomo for such an easy experience.

I own a Dominican restaurant and needed service because my fryer and skillet stopped working the same day I called ERI and they had a technician out with 24 hours which was great! I have had other companies come and charge me $$$ for their technician sitting in the van all day, but this company knows what they're doing and took great care of me! These are the only guys i trust to fix my kitchen equipement!! Highly recommend

Very responsive and great service

As an owner of multiple restaurants finding a commerical equipment repair company like ERI is a diamond in the rough. I have fixed my fryers and grill with them and it couldn't be more than professional. They have even helped me over the phone and saved me a service call. Ive learnt the hard way that you get what you pay for!!
